Triggered Book Study 3 could have been this title. Now I keep getting these things. For those of you who think all authors are raking in the cash, you may have cause to reflect on the reality of the publisher percentages. This came from another conversation with science-fiction author John Daulton. Turns out it is also another Hugh Howey comment.
