What is SRI

SRI history

SRI stands for Safety Research Institute. Dana Sweet wrote, “The history of the SRI agency is unclear.  It is physically housed in two places: One is their own building, in Maryland, which is of modest size compared to other government buildings.  This is the research lab and their main offices.  The second site is in the main offices of the FAO.  It is here that I first became aware of the SRI, having worked in the FAO building practically with these SRI people.  From what I have learned the SRI, and in particular the organization housed at the FAO, is a domestic black ops unit.  Black ops means covert intelligence or military missions. SRI is presumed funded under the FAO, although there is no record that I can find of this unit.  Actually there is very little written about it at all in the public records of the government agencies and bureaus.  They have no website as do other agencies and even sub-bureaus.”  [This is a work of fiction and any resemblance of names and organizations is purely coincidental.] The Doc novel is available in the Kindle store at http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Ddigital-text&field-keywords=timothy+j+desmond&rh=n%3A133140011%2Ck%3Atimothy+j+desmond&ajr=0
